We're looking for a Junior Product Developer to join our team and help create high-quality, fashion-forward lingerie, swimwear and beachwear that customers love. Working alongside experienced technologists and cross-functional teams, you'll support the development of products from concept through to production, ensuring they meet our standards for fit, comfort, quality, value, safety and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in garment technology who is passionate about product, enjoys solving problems and wants to develop their career in a fast-paced retail environment.

Customer first. Fabric first. Right product, right factory, right quality.

  • An experienced technical and product development team dedicated to helping customers feel confident and comfortable in our products.
  • The opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the UK's most experienced garment technologists.
  • A collaborative culture built on teamwork, innovation, quality and customer focus.
  • A growing team that encourages learning, development and fresh ideas.
  • Exposure to global suppliers and the opportunity to travel internationally to factories and supplier locations where required.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in bringing our lingerie, swimwear and beachwear collections to life, working with teams across Design, Buying, Merchandising and our global supplier base.

  • Support the development of products from concept through to production, helping deliver exceptional fit, quality and value.
  • Lead fit sessions and provide clear technical feedback to suppliers to ensure products perform as intended.
  • Review specifications, testing and compliance requirements to help ensure products are safe, legal and customer-ready.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to solve problems, manage critical paths and improve product performance.
  • Use customer feedback, returns data and competitor insights to identify opportunities to enhance fit, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives that improve product engineering, sustainability, speed to market and commercial performance.
  • Continuously develop your technical and commercial knowledge while learning from an experienced team of industry experts.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle, influence products seen by millions of customers and build a successful career within a highly experienced product development team.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and passionate about product development and garment technology.

  • Around two years' experience in garment technology or product development.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and sizing principles.
  • Knowledge of stretch fabrics, product testing and quality standards.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance quality, customer expectations and cost considerations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in lingerie, swimwear, nightwear or other stretch-product categories.
  • Knowledge of bra construction, wire grading, components and fit.
  • Pattern-cutting knowledge or pattern-room experience.
  • Understanding of product testing, compliance requirements and corrective action processes.
  • Experience using customer feedback and returns data to drive product improvements.
  • A degree or diploma in Garment Technology, Fashion Textiles, Contour Fashion or a related discipline.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical, operational and commercial responsibilities, offering exposure to the entire product lifecycle. You'll work closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Compliance and our global supply base to deliver products that customers trust and love.

If you're looking to develop your technical expertise, broaden your commercial understanding and play a key part in delivering great products, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help shape the future of our lingerie, swimwear and beachwear collections.
