What UK Retail Jobs is

UK Retail Jobs is an independent job search service for UK retail jobs. It gathers the vacancies that retailers publish on their own careers sites, and puts them in one place. We are not an employer or a recruiter, and we are not connected to or endorsed by the retailers listed. Every application is made on the retailer’s own advert, never through us, and applying there is free.

Accuracy of listings

We check listings regularly, but salary, closing date and whether a post is still open are controlled by the employer. Always confirm the details on the original advert before you apply; each listing shows its source and when we last checked it. Some listings carry a plain-English summary written by AI to help you read the advert. It can get things wrong, and the original advert always takes precedence.

Your account

Searching and reading listings needs no account. Saving jobs, job alerts and following the apply link need an account with a confirmed email address. Creating an account is free. Keep your password private; you can delete your account at any time from your settings.

Membership

UK Retail Jobs is member-supported. Since 1 September 2026, following the apply link on a listing needs an active membership. Membership does not change what you can search or read, or which jobs we list and how we rank them.

• Price. Prices are shown on the membership page. You pay for each period in advance and it renews automatically until you cancel. There is no free trial. If we ever change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• Payment. Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. We never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show UKRETAILJOBS. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still fails, your membership lapses and the apply links lock until you update your card.
• Cancelling. Cancel at any time from your membership page (“Manage billing”). You will not be charged again, and you keep full access to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for the rest of a period.
• Changing your mind. If you cancel within 14 days of first joining, email hello@ukretailjobs.co.uk and we will refund your first payment. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Applying is free elsewhere. Every job we list is free to apply for on the retailer’s own website. Membership pays for the convenience of one place and for the member tools, not for the jobs themselves.
• What membership is not. It opens the apply links on this site. It is not a recruitment service, does not put you forward for any job, and does not guarantee that a vacancy is still open or that you will be shortlisted or hired.
• Ending a membership. We may end a membership used to break these terms, for example to scrape or resell listings. If we end one for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or bulk-download listings, share one membership between several people, or use the site to send spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made on the strength of a listing, for missed closing dates, or for the content of other sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects membership prices or what membership includes, we will email members before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest change.
