Every job is free to apply for on the retailer’s own website. Membership pays for having them all in one place and for the member tools.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time, from "Manage billing" on this page. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

What changes on the start date?

From that date the apply links need an active membership. Searching, browsing, saving vacancies and email alerts carry on exactly as they are. Joining early simply means you are already set.

Who takes the payment?

Stripe, on a secure page they host. UK Retail Jobs never sees or stores your card details, and your statement will show UKRETAILJOBS.

Are you part of the retailers?

No. UK Retail Jobs is an independent job search service. We are not connected to or endorsed by the retailers listed, we are not an employer or a recruiter, and every job is free to apply for on the retailer’s own website. We receive no public funding — which is why the site needs members.
