We're recruiting for a Deputy Store Manager Designate to support stores across the Lanarkshire area. As a Deputy Store Manager Designate, you'll work alongside Store Managers and leadership teams across your area, helping to drive performance, maintain high operational standards and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of stores across your designated area
- Leading, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve their best
- Driving sales performance through strong commercial awareness
- Ensuring excellent standards of presentation, availability and compliance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development activities
- Delivering great customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple locations
- Has previous retail management, supervisory or team leadership experience
- Is confident leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong commercial awareness and a results-focused approach
- Is highly organised, adaptable and able to prioritise effectively
- Enjoys working across different locations and supporting a variety of teams
- Is passionate about delivering high standards and great customer service
- Holds a flexible approach to travel across the designated area
