You will join our friendly, forward-thinking Merchandising department, helping us land commercial plans that feel as fresh and effortless as our seasonal collections. We are searching for someone who appreciates the fine craftsmanship of our heritage while keeping a sharp eye on future trade.

When live opportunities arise, this is a full-time role based onsite at The Barn, Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Market Harborough in Leicestershire is where Joules began in 1989. This vibrant market town is home to our Head Office and is filled with wonderful independent shops, cosy pubs, and fantastic restaurants. With easy transport links to London, it is the perfect spot to build a rewarding career while enjoying plenty of well-dressed time off.

Working hand in hand with our Buying team, you will help make sure every collection lands with maximum commercial impact. You will be the storyteller behind the spreadsheets, turning trade figures into actionable insights, predicting what our customers will fall for next, and keeping an eye on profitability.

To really shine in this role, you will bring a calm, level head under pressure, genuine commercial curiosity, and a love for the small details that make retail tick. You are approachable, self-effacing, and always up for rolling your sleeves up with the team.
