Apprentice Product Technologist - Footwear

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Product Technologist to join our Product team and start an exciting career in fashion and retail. Working towards the Level 4 Fashion and Textiles Product Technologist Apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced colleagues and developing industry-recognised skills.

You'll support the development of our footwear ranges from concept through to production, helping to ensure products meet our high standards of quality, fit, comfort and performance. Working closely with Buying, Design, Quality and Supplier teams, you'll review samples, attend fit sessions, support product testing and help maintain technical product information.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for fashion and footwear, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. In return, you'll gain valuable experience, professional qualifications and a clear pathway into a career in Product Technology, Quality or Product Development.

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in fashion, footwear and product development, who is eager to learn and build a career within the fashion and retail industry. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

A proactive and positive attitude is essential, along with the confidence to ask questions, seek feedback and take ownership of your development. You'll enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications, are important, as is a passion for creating high-quality products that deliver great experiences for our customers.

Please note: To be successful in securing this apprenticeship, you must be eligible to undertake an apprenticeship programme and meet the relevant funding requirements.
