We're looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Whether you're looking to further develop your technical expertise, increase your earning potential, or progress your career within a leading automotive retailer, we'd love to hear from you.
- Basic salary up to £37,700, depending on skills and experience
- 42 hour working week
- Saturday mornings on a rota basis
- Additional over-performance bonus opportunity

We also offer a £4,000 sign on bonus! You will receive £2,000 in month 1 of your employment with us and £2,000 in month 12!
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional standards of service our BMW customers expect. Working with the latest diagnostic equipment and vehicle technology, you'll carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis to the highest standards.
From routine servicing through to more complex mechanical and electrical repairs, you'll be trusted to provide quality workmanship and first-time fixes, helping us maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:
- Level 3 Automotive qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
- MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
- A commitment to quality, teamwork and excellent customer service
