Are you a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic looking for more flexibility, better work-life balance and the chance to develop your skills across two automotive brands?
At Vertu Vauxhall Crewe, we’re expanding our franchise offering with the introduction of Leapmotor alongside our established Vauxhall business. We’re recruiting Technicians from Service & Maintenance level through to Master Technician, with salaries from £32,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus over-performance bonus.
We’re also offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus!*
You’ll have the opportunity to work across both Vauxhall and Leapmotor, with manufacturer training across both brands and exposure to the latest EV technology.
We’re also open to discussing four-day working patterns, flexible shifts and alternative working hours to support a better work-life balance.
- Vauxhall and Leapmotor manufacturer training
- Clear progression through Technician, Senior and Master Technician levels
- Ongoing technical and EV training
- Fully funded MOT licence training if you don’t already hold the qualification
As a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, you’ll service, maintain, diagnose and repair customer vehicles to a high standard.
Whether your experience has been gained in an independent garage, fast-fit environment or franchised dealership, we’d love to hear from you.

Existing MOT, EV or manufacturer qualifications may allow you to enter at a higher Technician level and salary.
