Are you organised, detail-focused, and looking for a role where your skills make a real difference? We’re excited to welcome a Vehicle Administrator to our friendly team at Vertu VC Admin Hub in Northampton.
Salary: Up to £27,000 (based on skills and experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday – no weekends
In this role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly by:
- Accurately processing invoices and vehicle taxation on time.
- Creating and maintaining vehicle and customer records to ensure a clean, reliable database.
- Supporting internal and external customers with excellent service.
- Ordering vehicles from the factory, arranging subcontract work, and managing orders through to delivery.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Kerridge experience is helpful but not mandatory.
- Previous automotive industry experience is desirable.
- Strong IT, PC, and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach.
