What you'll be doing
As a Shift Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and every order leaves the kitchen to HHC standards.
- Lead, motivate and coach the team during service
- Deliver brilliant guest experiences every day
- Drive pace, energy and operational excellence across the restaurant
- Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness and safety standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Help achieve sales, labour and profitability targets
- Take responsibility for handling guest feedback and resolving issues
- Support the management team in creating a high-performing and inclusive culture
What we're looking for
- Love working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift
- Have experience supervising or leading teams
- Are passionate about developing others
- Take pride in delivering exceptional food and service
- Stay calm under pressure and make great decisions
- Have ambitions to progress into a Deputy General Manager role
