Are you an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager looking for your next challenge?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Cardiff for a successful fashion, sports and lifestyle retailer. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused retail manager to take ownership of a store, lead a team and drive strong sales and customer service performance.

As Store Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, leading and developing a team to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve key sales and KPI targets.
- Leading, coaching and developing a retail team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards
- Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas and operational standards
- Managing store costs and ensuring strong commercial performance
- Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
- Maintaining high standards across the store and creating an engaging environment
- Taking ownership of the overall store operation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager from fashion, sports, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment.
- Proven experience managing a retail store and delivering against sales and KPI targets
- Strong people management and team development skills
- A commercial mindset with experience managing store performance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing stock, visual merchandising and store operations
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead from the front
