Are you an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for sports, customer service and leading a high-performing team?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager in Beverley for a successful and growing sports retailer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on manager to take ownership of a store, drive commercial performance and create an exceptional customer experience.
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team, driving sales and ensuring high standards across customer service, visual merchandising and operations.

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager within a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong people leader with experience managing and developing teams.
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering sales and KPIs.
- Passionate about customer service and creating great customer experiences.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with both customers and colleagues.
- Organised, proactive and highly motivated.
- Hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in on the shop floor.
- Passionate about sports or have a genuine interest in the sports retail environment.
