Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next challenge? Join Vision Express in Mansfield and take the lead in a store that's going from strength to strength. Following a recent refit, the store is experiencing strong year-on-year growth, making this an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to build on that success and help shape its future.
Working with leading brands including Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada & Nuance, you'll lead a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial performance and operational excellence.
- Lead, coach and develop a motivated, engaged retail team

- Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
- Ensure high standards of compliance, operational excellence and attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable customer experiences
- Use your resilience and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and keep the store performing strongly

- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader
