Retail Store Manager – Jollyes Pets - Omagh. On target earnings c£40k p.a. (including salary up to £35,000 p.a. + bonus potential of up to £5k p.a.).
This is a hands-on leadership role, on the shop floor daily, coaching your team through live customer interactions, helping with deliveries, and setting the standard through what you do, not just what you say.
