We’re searching for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our SpudBros Express at EG On the Move and bring Big Spud Energy to every customer’s experience. This is your chance to join a brand that’s all about great food, good vibes, and giving back.
As our Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of your SpudBros Express store, combining operational excellence with a people-first approach. You’ll inspire and lead your vibrant team to serve up our legendary loaded spuds with pride, keep service fast and friendly, and maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
From leading by example during busy periods to driving sales and creating a welcoming, upbeat environment for both customers and team members, you’ll be at the heart of making your store a success. - Take full accountability for the overall performance of the store, delivering exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, compliance, and profitability.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, driving sales growth, maximising profitability, and delivering financial targets through effective management of labour, stock, waste, and other controllable costs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong customer relationships and creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers alike.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning to build a skilled, capable and future-focused team.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, health & safety, compliance and cleanliness are consistently maintained across the store.
- Maintain SpudBros Express brand integrity by ensuring stores are visually appealing, well-maintained, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Represent SpudBros Express in the community and ensure that the store creates a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment to ensure customer excellence.

- Proven experience in a managerial role, within the QSR, hospitality or retail environment with a demonstrated ability to drive growth, innovation, and brand equity

- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced environment.
