Job description

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by picking stock quickly and efficiently to ensure they come back to us again and again
  • Making sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, putting away deliveries and helping out on the shop floor as required
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations

  • Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment, and thrives in being part of a team
  • Always ready to work flexibly and productively - you’ll be fully trained in a variety of skills, so you have opportunities to learn and develop as well as jump in and help around the store in other areas, such as serving customers, when needed
  • Embraces using new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
  • Have great attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter free to create the best shopping experience for our customers

  • Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.
