Full-time | 45 hours per week

Working within a high-performing aftersales team, you'll benefit from specialist tooling, manufacturer training and the opportunity to develop your skills across both Hyundai and Genesis brands.
- Earning Potential: very strong OTE of upto £50,000
- Manufacturer Training: Hyundai and Genesis manufacturer training and development pathways

- Genesis Exposure: authorised repairer for Genesis vehicles
- Leadership & Support: supportive leadership team, with the General Manager bringing over 15 years of industry experience
- You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
- You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
- You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
- Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
- Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
- Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
- Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
Level 2 qualified? Through our Marshall Level Up Programme, we can support you in achieving your Level 3 qualification within just 14 weeks.
