Advance your technical career with cutting-edge technology, industry-leading training, and a workshop built for success.

At Marshall Audi Oxford, you'll join a modern 15-ramp workshop equipped with built-in toolboxes, the latest tyre-changing equipment, road force balancing technology, a dedicated geometry ramp, and MOT bay facilities.

Working alongside a highly experienced team of 10 Technicians, including a Master Technician and Diagnostic Technician, plus two Apprentices, you'll benefit from exceptional support, ongoing development, and clear progression opportunities.

We invest heavily in our people through our Service Technician Accreditation Pathway, offering fast-track progression to Service, Diagnostic, and Master Technician status for candidates with relevant manufacturer experience. Our team consistently achieves its bonus targets, with both individual time-saved bonuses and team bonuses paid through strong labour sales performance every month this year.

Beyond the workshop, you'll enjoy a great team culture with benefits including family discounts, access to David Lloyd memberships on rotation, CBS benefits, and regular team social events.

Whether you're an experienced Technician looking for your next challenge or keen to develop your skills with one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, Audi Oxford offers the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

  • You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
  • You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
  • You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

  • Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
  • Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
  • Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
  • Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
