At Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our successful and established Aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional looking to develop their career with one of the UK's leading motor retailers. Working with the globally recognised Nissan brand, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while becoming part of a supportive and high-performing team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle service and repair journey. More than simply booking vehicles into the workshop, you'll build trusted relationships, manage customer expectations, and ensure every customer receives a first-class experience from start to finish.
Working closely with both customers and our workshop team, you'll provide regular updates, identify additional service opportunities, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they've received.
- Welcoming customers and understanding their service requirements
- Managing customer expectations throughout the vehicle repair or servicing process
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to provide accurate updates
- Identifying and recommending additional products and services where appropriate
- Ensuring all customer queries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Supporting departmental targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels
We're looking for an individual with previous automotive customer service experience, ideally within a Service Advisor or Aftersales role, who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally as a Service Advisor
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A strong customer-first approach
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
Experience using dealership management systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided where required.

- Basic salary of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
