The Senior D365 Analyst will assist in the day-to-day support and maintenance of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, working closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and our managed service partner.

What you’ll do
Being a Senior D365 Analyst about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
Support incident, problem, and event management for D365, escalating complex issues to senior team members or third-party providers.
Assist with monitoring and maintaining D365 environments, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance and reporting.
Provide first-line support for D365 users, resolving routine queries and requests.
Help ensure compliance with Information Security, risk, SOX, and audit requirements by following established processes
Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for D365 releases.

Integrations developed on Azure services
Power Platform, Microsoft Azure Services (logic apps, event grid etc.)
