Sales Assistant 40 hours - Lowestoft - Plumb Centre

As a Sales Assistant based in Lowestoft youll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
- Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business
- Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers
- Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer ordersand unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse
This is a full time permanent role - Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17.00pm. There is a potential to work Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm as overtime once trained

- Previous face to face sales and customer service experience is essential.
- To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
