You’ll warmly welcome every customer and immerse them in the world of Hotel Chocolat.Discovering your customers’ needs and reason for their visit through friendly conversation.Delighting your customers through product demonstrations and tasting sessions, ensuring to check for allergens throughout your time with them.Closing the sale and confidently recommending additional products such as gift bags.Genuinely thanking your customer for shopping with us, ensuring they leave happy.Processing transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.Responding to customer feedback.Working with your team to support with deliveries and stock management, keeping the delivery area is kept clear and tidy in line with our health and safety guidelines.Maintaining the appearance of the store and café areas to a high standard.If your store has a café area, you will be preparing hot and cold drinks, ice creams and snacks according to our guidelines and processes whilst keeping the area immaculately clean.
