Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a

permanent location.

to £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

📝The Role

As a Store Manager Designate, you’ll travel

between different stores in your area, supporting where you’re needed

most. It’s a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and

enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won’t be on the move forever

though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a

permanent store and developing your career.

As the Store Manager, you’ll;

& develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service

& maximise performance.

operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock

management.

sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock

control.

the smooth running of the store.

🧐What you’ll need

to succeed

fresh ideas from your previous experience in retail

management, ideally 2+ years

leadership skills to inspire and motivate.

for customer service & sales.

decision-making & problem-solving skills.

results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.

to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training

provided (Optional)

role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK

driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
