£13.37 per hour Performance Bonus | 30 Hour Contract | Growth & Leadership Opportunities
At Tim Hortons, we are big enough to offer you a massive career, but small enough to know your name.
We are looking for a Manager who is ready to lead and run it as their own.
Salary £13.37 per hour + performance related bonus opportunities.
The Growth: We are constantly growing. Today you're a Shift Manager; tomorrow you could be a Store Manager or part of another key department within Tim Hortons.
The Vibe: Fast-paced, fun, and fresh. No two days are the same.
What we need from you
Experience: You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you’ve managed a team of people.
Energy: You don't hide in the office. You’re on the floor, leading your team from the front.
Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
Because you’re tired of being a cog in a machine. You want to build a team, drive sales, and actually enjoy coming to work.
Ready to join us?
Click Apply. No long cover letters needed. Let’s grab a coffee and talk about your future.
Please note.
We pride ourselves on equal opportunities; however, we are not in a position to consider candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK. Only applicants with the eligible right to work status will be considered.
