- Coach for growth, developing colleagues, spotting potential and helping others succeed.
- Behave like an owner, taking responsibility for results, making sound commercial decisions and treating every pound like your own.
- Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering KPIs.
- A hands-on approach to store operations and people leadership.
- Confidence managing compliance, stock and health & safety.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
- FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
