Following a multi‑million‑pound workshop upgrade in 2024, Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenham is recruiting for skilled a skills PDI Technician to join a supportive, highly trained team. You’ll work in a modern, technician‑focused environment and benefit from manufacturer‑led development designed to help you progress confidently in your career.

Many of our senior technicians began their careers at apprentice or Level 2 level and progressed through the business with manufacturer training and mentoring.

You’ll follow a clear development route through the JLR training pathway:

Level 2 Technician → Diagnostic Technician → Master Technician → Workshop Controller
