Parts Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Parts Supervisor to join us at our Vertu Vauxhall Northampton dealership!

This is a full time permanent position offering a competitive basic salary of £35,000 plus company benefits.

As our Parts Supervisor you will oversee the parts department, and will be responsible for maximising departmental profitability and achieving the departmental business plan. You will also be responsible for effectively controlling and maintaining resources, including stocks and equipment and minimising the risk of financial loss to the company.

You will be required to lead and develop the team in order to create a motivational working environment, aid colleague retention, encourage continuous improvement and promote enhanced performance in colleagues.

Ideally, you'll have previous Parts experience within the automotive industry, whether that's from a main dealership or another automotive parts environment, in an Advisor or Supervisor role.

You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
