Job description
Basic Salary £31,000 | OTE £36,150 Uncapped plus Shift Allowence + OTE ; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to wellbeing support, exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | Rotating Shifts: 06:00 - 15:30 and 12:30 - 22:00
Shift Allowance: £20 per late shift
Saturday Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (08:00 - 13:00), paid as overtime

- You’ll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
- You’ll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
- You’ll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
- You’ll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.
- Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
- Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
- Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
- Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
- Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
