We're committed to helping our clinicians grow, with support for:

We've recently invested in enhanced dry eye management technology, including:

This allows our Optometrists to deliver higher-level care, build specialist expertise and make a real difference to patients lives.

  • Direct rail links to central London
  • Beautiful countryside on your doorstep whilst remaining within easy reach of the city
  • Excellent local amenities and highly regarded schools
  • Family friendly area with a strong sense of community

At Specsavers Sevenoaks, we're proud to have built a culture where clinical excellence and professional growth go hand in hand.

We actively invest in our clinicians' development and encourage the pursuit of specialist interests, creating an environment where you can expand your skills, shape your career and make a meaningful impact within the local community.

This supportive, patient-focused approach creates a rewarding career opportunity that feels genuinely different from a typical corporate optometry role.

  • Salary up to £68,000
  • Full or part time considered
  • Monthly bonus scheme
  • Private health and dental cover
  • Professional fees paid
  • Pension contribution
  • Support for professional qualifications
  • Access to the latest clinical technology
  • Excellent career progression opportunities
  • Annual Headspace subscription
  • WeCare wellbeing package, including:
  • 24/7 online GP
  • Mental health support
  • Legal and financial advice
  • Fitness and wellbeing programmes for you and your family

  • GOC-registered Optometrist
  • Passion for outstanding patient care
  • Desire to develop advanced clinical skills
  • Interest in enhanced services and specialist qualifications
  • Strong clinical judgement
  • Team-focused and proactive approach

If you're looking for a practice that will support your ambitions and invest in your development, we'd love to hear from you.
