Join the Domino’s Manager in Training Team 🍕

Love great food, enjoy working with people, and ready to take the next step in your career? If you're ambitious, motivated, and looking to develop your leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you.

At Domino's, we're more than just pizza. We're a team of passionate people dedicated to delivering quality food, exceptional customer service, and memorable experiences every day.

With over 35,000 team members employed across our franchise network, Domino's offers exciting opportunities to learn new skills, develop your leadership experience, and build a long-term career within the business.

Whether you're an experienced team member ready for your first management role or you're looking for a new career challenge, our Manager in Training position is designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress into store management.

As a Manager in Training, you'll work alongside experienced management to learn how to successfully run a busy Domino's store.

You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of store operations, developing your leadership, customer service, commercial, and people-management skills.

You'll gradually take on greater responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop, with the aim of progressing into a management position.

  • Supporting the Store Manager and management team with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Leading and motivating team members during busy periods
  • Helping to ensure excellent customer service and product quality
  • Learning how to manage store operations and maintain Domino's standards
  • Supporting the preparation of pizzas, sides, and other menu items
  • Taking customer orders and resolving customer queries professionally
  • Learning how to manage stock levels, deliveries, wastage, and store supplies
  • Supporting cash handling and other administrative duties
  • Helping to maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety
  • Supporting the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Assisting with local marketing activities and community events
  • Learning how to monitor store performance and achieve business targets
  • Supporting the management of delivery operations and driver teams
  • Working flexibly across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, reliable, and ready to develop their leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who has previous managerial skills in a previous Domino’s role or a similar hospitality role. What's important is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lead by example.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership potential and the ability to motivate others
  • The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Confidence in taking responsibility and making decisions
  • A desire to develop a long-term career within Domino's

Previous management experience is desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop into a successful Domino's manager.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the store is located.
