Job description
Love being on the move, meeting different people and providing great service?
At Ocado Logistics, our delivery drivers are known as Customer Service Team Members, because the role involves much more than driving a van.
You will be the friendly face our customers see at their door, delivering their shopping safely, accurately and on time. Every interaction matters, so you will need to enjoy meeting people, communicate clearly and take pride in providing a positive customer experience with every delivery.
Your routes will be planned in advance and your van will be pre-loaded before you leave the site, allowing you to focus on driving safely and delivering excellent service.
You will be out on the road in all weather conditions, working independently while staying connected to your site team. You will also have your own space in the cab, so there is no fighting over the radio station and you can sing along as loudly as you like!
What we need from you
You do not need previous delivery-driving experience, as our training team will give you all the support you need to succeed.
This role is about more than driving. You will be the friendly face our customers see at their door, so we are looking for people who enjoy meeting others, communicate confidently and take pride in delivering excellent service with every order.
A full UK or EU driving licence.

No more than six penalty points on your licence.
No driving disqualifications within the last five years.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, professional and helpful approach.
The confidence to work independently.
The ability to work the advertised shift pattern.
Some deliveries include alcohol products, so you must be aged 18 or over to apply.
