This role focuses on creating and delivering customer audiences and journeys across multiple channels. Using Adobe Experience Platform, you'll build, test, and execute campaigns that put customers at the centre of decision-making. You'll ensure audiences are accurate, journeys are configured correctly, and campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively.
- Building customer segments in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) based on stakeholder briefs.
- Identifying opportunities to improve audience design and sharing best practice recommendations.
- Defining decisioning logic, branching rules, timing, frequency and suppression criteria, and running test-and-learn experiments such as A/B testing, subject line testing and send-time optimisation.
- Monitoring data accuracy, investigating journey issues and working with Technology and Data teams to resolve them.
- Ensuring real-time and near real-time triggers (for example, behavioural events) are correctly incorporated into customer journeys.
- Supporting and coordinating API, event, streaming and batch integrations.
- Keeping up to date with the Adobe product roadmap, emerging capabilities and industry best practices.
- Exploring and supporting new use cases, including real-time personalisation, predictive journeys and AI-driven decisioning.
- Maintaining audience catalogues and related documentation.
- Identifying and recommending process improvements.
- Promoting customer-first thinking in audience and journey design.
- Experience of working with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform/CDP, Adobe Journey Orchestration, Adobe Campaign, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, streaming and event-based data, and identity resolution.
- Ability to write, or work collaboratively on, SQL, scripting, or segmentation logic.
- Experience of using testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement to enhance campaign performance.
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements within a customer-focused environment.
