Job description
- Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product.
- Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till.
- Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point.
- Replenish shelves and rails so the floor is always ready for the next customer.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Promote current offers and spot smart upsell opportunities.
- Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals.
- A confident, friendly, positive attitude.
- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. We'll back you to learn.

The Role: Sales Assistant
