Assistant Store Manager - Franchise - Great Yarmouth
Pay: £27,000.00 per year plus uncapped commission, plus benefits/Perks

We’re currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for our Visiontek EE franchise locations, and we’re looking for retail professionals who are passionate about people, technology, and great service.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Franchise Store Manager—helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience, support your team, and drive commercial success. Surrounded by the latest devices and innovations, you’ll:
- Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products.
- Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills.
- Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment.

As an Assistant Manager in our franchise store, you’ll:
- Spot and act on new opportunities to improve store performance.

- Contribute to long-term planning and succession with support from your Franchise Store Manager and Regional Franchise Manager.
